Koblavi Victor Dogah is a percussionist/dancer born in the southeastern region of Ghana, West Africa. He started learning Ewe dance and drumming when he was 5 years old and by the age of 12, Dogah was teaching drum and dance workshops and lessons. With his passion to perform and learn West African music more deeply, he toured as a drummer in Ghana, Benin, Togo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso. Koblavi attended Berklee College of Music and received his Bachelor of Music with a Music Education focus. 他教过 workshops and performed at various Universities such as Berklee College of Music, UMass Dartmouth, Mount Holyoke College, St. Michael’s College in Vermont, Tufts University, Babson College and Brandeis University.  Additionally, he has led workshops for elementary and secondary schools, festivals and camps. Koblavi Dogah is passionate about preserving his traditional music and dance and creating a positive learning environment for his 学生.
